SabaiWallet — Terms of Service
1. The service
SabaiWallet is non-custodial software that lets you hold, send, and receive USDT on the BNB Smart Chain using a recovery phrase that exists only on your device.
2. You hold the keys
You alone control your wallet. We cannot move your funds, freeze your wallet, or recover your seed phrase. Anyone who learns your 12-word phrase can take everything in the wallet — protect it accordingly.
3. No financial advice
SabaiWallet is software. It is not a bank, broker, exchange, or financial advisor. Nothing in the app is investment advice.
4. Network risk
Transactions on BSC are final and irreversible. We cannot reverse a transfer to a wrong address or recover funds sent on the wrong network. Always double-check addresses and network before sending.
5. Third-party payment providers
Fiat on-ramp purchases are handled by licensed payment providers. Their terms govern the payment leg — including KYC, refunds, and limits. SabaiWallet receives only the resulting on-chain transfer.
6. Compliance
You are responsible for using SabaiWallet in compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction, including any tax or reporting obligations.
7. Disclaimer
SabaiWallet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the wallet, lost or stolen seed phrases, blockchain congestion, third-party providers, or device compromise.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
